Located in Hume, VIC, Shih Tzu Companion Breeder is a small home-based ethical breeder operated by Theresa, specialising in well-adjusted Shih Tzu puppies as family companions. The breeding program implements Puppy Culture and Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) techniques to enhance puppies’ development and prepare them for various life experiences.
Beginning her breeding journey in 1999, Theresa gained valuable experience working with Assistance Dogs Australia in 2016 training Labradors, applying those professional development techniques to her Shih Tzu breeding program. Her breeding dogs undergo Orivet DNA testing, with all puppies receiving comprehensive veterinary care including health checks, microchipping, vaccinations and regular worming.
