ROSARDI is a Melbourne-based breeder specialising in the rare Cirneco Dell’Etna breed, focusing on preserving the unique qualities and function of these ancient Sicilian hunting dogs. They aim to breed for type, temperament and soundness, producing dogs suitable for show ring, lure coursing and as loving pets, with all their dogs being health tested.
The breeder developed their passion for Cirnechi after watching the Hound Group at Westminster in 2020 and has since gained extensive experience through travelling to the United States, attending numerous shows including the 2023 Cirneco National in Chicago. They established their breeding programme with their foundation bitch Aust CH AM CH Kr’msun Lavinia Fontanta (IMP USA) in 2022.
