Pussyfoot, owned by Annette Swifte, is a cattery located in tropical Mackay, Northern Queensland, specialising in Persian and Exotic Shorthair cats in various solid and bi-colour patterns. The cattery is dedicated to breeding these magnificent breeds to achieve the highest breed standards.
The cattery’s journey began in 1984 when Annette acquired her first Persian cat, a Cream male named Monty from Skybank Cattery in Tasmania. After almost four decades of experience with Persians, Annette has expanded her breeding programme to include Exotic Shorthairs, affectionately known as ‘Teddy Bears’.
