Their dogs are raised on bush acreage with monitored free range of the property, ensuring puppies learn proper socialisation from the resident pack of four Ridgebacks.
Members of the Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of WA and Dogs West, PHAKAMA has been breeding since 2011 with their foundation girl Koko, and has bred two Australian Champions. Their dogs participate in both Conformation Showing and Lure Coursing, with two achieving JC titles in the latter discipline.
