LOVATPRIDE is a small family-oriented kennel in the Scenic Rim specialising in Rhodesian Ridgebacks, with a focus on breeding dogs with sound temperament, athleticism and well-adjusted personalities. Their dogs are raised on 5 acres alongside children, cats, other dogs and horses, with all breeding dogs being health tested, DNA profiled and Hip and Elbow scored.
The kennel’s connection to dog breeding traces back to Liz’s childhood, where her parents successfully bred Wire Haired Fox Terriers and West Highland White Terriers under the prefix ‘Lovat’. Their journey with Rhodesian Ridgebacks began in 2018, leading to renewed participation in dog shows and lure coursing activities.
