KNUSPRIG specialises in breeding German Shorthaired Pointers from international show and field bloodlines, focused on producing elegant, healthy and smart GSPs suitable as family companions, hunting partners or show champions. They combine bloodlines from Germany, North America, England and Australia to maintain correct breed type and function, with an emphasis on noble appearance, sound structure and reliable temperaments.
Operating since 1975 when Peter acquired his first GSP as a cross country running and shooting mate, KNUSPRIG has extensive experience with the breed including international breeding selections and judging credentials. Christine serves as President of The Gun Dog Society NSW and is an international Gundog Group judge, while Peter judges Novice Retrieving Trials & Gundog Retrieving Ability Tests.
