ANANDA is a mother-daughter breeding team in Melbourne specialising in Havanese dogs, who initially fell in love with the breed in the early 2000s. They operate with a small, carefully selected team of dogs who serve as both companions and show dogs, focusing on selective breeding for breed improvement while maintaining ethical and legal compliance.
With nearly 40 years of experience in dogs, Anne and her daughter Sarah are both trainee judges for the Toy group, with Sarah also serving as a junior handling judge for several years. Their journey with Havanese began with their first dog Lucy (Ch. Carnwatch Alibrandi), and they have since built upon their experience with various breeds including Rottweilers.
